Dear Sir and Worshipful Brother,
After receiving a number of queries regarding attendance at Grand Lodge Meetings, I am writing to you all to clarify that any Mark Master Mason is entitled to attend and does not need to be accompanied by a Grand Officer. I have attached a Registration and Dining form for the Meeting to be held on the 13th September at Freemasons' Hall, Great Queen Street, London. At this meeting we will be installing a new Pro Grand Master, Deputy Grand Master and Assistant Grand Master. Please could you forward this E Mail to all your Lodge members and should any of them wish to attend then ask them to either post the form back to me or send it electronically to the addresses below. Please note that dining is on a first come, first served basis. The summons and minutes will be dispatched to you in the normal way in due time.

Devonshire Mark Ball 2012 and Provincial Mark meeting 1 Oct 2011

Provincial Ball Weekend update at the Palace Hotel.
27th - 29th January 2012.

Brethren at Hawton I did state that as we were limited to 100 Double /Twin Rooms plus 45 singles at this new upgraded venue I would to be absolutely fair give preference to those that come every year and that I would accept Post dated cheques which will be cashed on 31st October 2011.

Already I have had several who do not normally attend sending me their cheques and so to absolutely fair Maureen and I are numbering those brethren on the RESERVE list at this point in time and in fact we are checking the date on the envelope and that is how you are placed on the reserve list. I cannot be fairer than that can I?

I would say that I am delighted to see so many brethren wishing to come and I hope that
None will be disappointed for I always wondered if we would fill the hotel at that price with the current economic climate.

Please be tolerant and await the outcome. Let's hope nobody is disappointed!!
