Unity Long Service award - Devonshire Provincial Mark Lodge

PRESENTATION OF CERTIFICATE FOR COMPLETING OVER 70 YEARS AS A MARK MASON

On 3rd February 2011, at a ceremony held in Crediton, the Provincial Grand Master R.W.Bro. Peter Hawken, MBE  GMRAC,  presented Bro. George Radford of Unity Mark Lodge No 783 with a Certificate in recognition of completing more than seventy years service  in the Order.

In what is thought to be a unique honour, the Certificate is personally signed by the Grand Master, M.W.Bro. His Royal Highness Prince Michael of Kent, GCVO.

George Radford, who will be 98 in May, has been a member of Unity Mark for 72 years.

He still finds time for gardening, dancing and enjoying owning his classic Mercedes car.
